Amanda Kassar has spent over a decade perfecting a distinctive and highly effective Pilates method. Known for her challenging and focused mat and reformer classes, Amanda’s approach combines slow, repetitive movements with quick transitions to elevate the heart rate while remaining low-impact and accessible. With an educational approach to movement, Amanda teaches clients how to activate the correct muscles and move with intention, helping them experience the healing benefits of Pilates while building strength, improving posture, and transforming their bodies. At Core Club, every workout is designed to help clients feel stronger, more connected, and more confident through intelligent, purposeful movement. Core Club is coming to the Pop Up Wrkout Summer Ranch from LA.

The pop-up captured the spirit of the Forza Nashville flagship: sun-soaked, art-forward, and effortlessly cool. The space felt warm, social, and elevated—a place to move hard, reset fully, and connect with a like-minded community. Classes stayed true to the Forza Method—rooted in eccentric training, athletic sequencing, and sculpt-focused precision. Beyond the studio, we highlighted Forza’s digital platform, expanding the experience beyond the mat and into a full lifestyle ecosystem. In the lobby, a Sml Wrld matcha pop-up ran for the entirety of the residency, turning the space into a daily ritual—move, matcha, connect, repeat.
