  • No, our model is made to move. Please check the description under each pop up for the location!

  • No, all purchases are non-refundable.

    (Note: we are only in each city for the college tour for one day. If you cancel your class you will not be able to rebook for another day. Please only sign up if you are able to commit:) )

  • This varies from pop up to pop up. Please see the description on Mindbody for whichever pop up you are booking!

  • Cancel 10 or more hours before the start time: If you cancel more than 10 hours before start time, you will get the class credit back.

    Cancel less than 10 hours before the start time: You will not be refunded, and the class will not be returned to your account.

  • If you don’t show up and don’t cancel within 10 hours, the class will be deducted from your account.

    (For the college tour, no shows will not be able to get a refund or any of the giftings involved. You must be there at your booked time to receive your goodie bag)

  • If you don’t get off the waitlist, the class credit will be returned to your account.

    (Note: there is currently no waitlist in place for the college tour)

  • Yes, the 10-hour cancellation policy still applies if you are accepted off the waitlist during this period.
