WHY WE MOVE

Pop Up Wrkout was born from the belief that luxury wellness experiences shouldn’t be limited to a few major cities.

We saw a gap—not just in access to top-tier studios, but in the kind of elevated, culture-shaping wellness moments that define places like New York and LA. So, we set out to replicate those exact experiences—literally.

We partner with the most exclusive, in-demand studios and names in fitness and wellness, bringing their original instructors, equipment, branding, and full class concepts to new cities for short-term pop ups. It’s their actual experience—just somewhere new. In the most sought-after destinations and under-the-radar hotspots, that energy was missing. Now, it’s not.

We built something designed to move—bringing the curation, the community, and the caliber of big-city wellness to the places craving it most.
